TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PUPPY SALES
Vizslavilla Reg'd. puppies are CKC registered, guaranteed against birth defects for 2 years, microchipped or tattooed, first shots given, dew claws removed, tails docked, puppies wormed prior to going to their future homes. CKC registration papers will be forwarded to new owners within six months of purchase.
The puppies are hand raised with loving care, lots of fresh air and exercise, and a nutritious diet. We will ship anywhere in Canada and the U.S. at buyer's expense. Air cargo and a small crate are typically $200 Canadian extra. The puppies have health guarantees for two years.
Dam/Sire hips
certified. Certified Pedigree. No inbreeding.
Puppies will have preliminary training for gun noises.
For shipping, the purchaser will be responsible for shipping charges.
Vizslas are high energy dogs that require a lot of exercise and personal
attention on a daily basis.
Kennel breeder inquiries are most welcome.
If a person wishes to sell the puppy, approval will have to be received from
the breeder. The breeder has the right of refusal, that is the option to
buy back the puppy. The seller will be responsible for boarding fees, food
and advertising, until such time the puppy is sold, to be deducted from any
refund.
The breeder reserves the right to re-claim the puppy at any time without
re-imbursement if the puppy is deemed to be abused, mistreated or is in an
unsafe place.
A Non-Breeding agreement will be signed by all pet owners. Others by an individual contract. This includes foreign buyers who need full CKC registration to register the dog in their country for various activities.
